Your Faculty Director
Eduardo Fonseca is a Global Supply Chain Analytics Strategist and Senior Consultant at a FORTUNE 500 company. His extensive experience in driving the use of data, advanced analytics and new technologies in the supply chain has led him to work with many high-performing FORTUNE 500 companies, both training and consulting. In his role as a business consultant, he has contributed his invaluable strategies to envision the future of data and technology in their supply chains framework. Eduardo is also a certified trainer by Dale Carnegie and a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Analytics where he has advanced his program to help clients solve supply chain challenges with data-driven solutions.
Dr. Yao is a renowned Supply Chain Analytics Professor at Rutgers Business School and a co-director of their Supply Chain Analytics Lab. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University, and his research interests lie in supply chain management, analytics and healthcare. He has received several awards for his research, including the National Science Foundation Career Award on Manufacturing Enterprise Systems and a Dean’s Research Professorship. He is also a speaker at university seminar and industry research laboratories, like Columbia DRO, MIT ORC, Chicago Booth, North-western IEMS, Stanford MS&E, Michigan Ross and Maryland Smith. Yao is currently teaching core operations and supply chain courses at Rutgers Business School, where he has received the Dean’s Meritorious Teaching Award. Chartered Exam
At the end of the program, there will be a Chartered exam comprised of 50 multiple choice questions. Upon passing the exam, you will be accredited with your Certified Supply Chain Analytics Professional (CSCA™) designation.
- 98% of students who have taken this exam have passed the exam successfully. Almost all professionals who have taken our courses have passed this exam and attain their Certified Supply Chain Analytics Professional (CSCA™) designation
- The exam has 50 multiple choice questions and you need to answer 25 out of 50 questions correctly to pass the exam
