She is currently a Partner at Maddocks, where she specializes in complex environmental and public law issues, with a particular focus on biodiversity conservation, sustainability, corporate environmental management, and waste regulation.
Breellen’s distinguished career includes her previous roles at Holding Redlich and Lander & Rogers, where she advised clients on regulatory compliance and environmental litigation. Her academic contributions include lecturing in planning and environmental law at Western Sydney University School of Law and authoring the widely respected Thomson Reuters’ Planning and Development Law Service.
Recognized for her leadership in the field, Breellen has been consistently named in the Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Planning & Development Lawyer – New South Wales since 2020, and has been listed in the 2021 and 2022 Editions of Best Lawyers for Planning and Environmental Law.
